- Product Description
- The Surge Guard® 15AM30AF12 RV Power Adapter Cord provides a convenient solution for connecting a 30-amp RV power cord to a standard 15-amp household outlet. Unlike rigid plug adapters, this 12-inch cord-style adapter helps reduce strain on electrical outlets, RV cords, and connections while providing greater flexibility during setup.
- Manufactured by Southwire, the adapter features 100% copper conductors and a durable PVC jacket designed to withstand regular RV use. The adapter incorporates a standard NEMA 5-15P household male plug and a TT-30R 30-amp RV female receptacle, making it ideal for powering an RV at home, in storage, or at locations without dedicated RV hookups.
- This adapter is commonly used for battery maintenance, refrigerator operation, interior lighting, slide-out operation, and other light-duty RV electrical needs when full campground service is unavailable.
