- CNC-machined eyelets and ball-joint cups ensure precise fit. Welded gussets stiffen the arm and bushing eyelets; rubber bushings provide quiet, controlled stability and ride comfort, while greaseable full-induction ball joints with low-friction bearings support strength and service life.
- Preassembled, powder-coated upper control arms use thick-wall DOM steel tubing, welded gussets joining the arms and bushing eyelets, and CNC-machined eyelets and ball-joint cups. Steel-encased OEM-style rubber bushings and greaseable full-induction ball joints with low-friction bearings complete the pivots. Built-in camber correction retains CV-axle operation within the new upper and OEM lower arm limits. One-piece top strut spacers install without dismantling the OEM struts; their interlocking tab-and-slot construction is CNC laser-cut, press-formed and powder-coated against corrosion. Bracketry, components and mounting hardware are included.
- OEM struts stay assembled during installation of the one-piece top spacers. CNC laser cutting and press forming create their interlocking tabs and slots, while powder coating protects against corrosion. The preassembled upper arms also have powder coating over thick-wall DOM steel tube construction. Welded gussets connect the arms and bushing eyelets; machining by CNC forms the eyelets and ball-joint cups.
- Pivot hardware combines OEM-style rubber bushings enclosed in steel with greaseable, full-induction ball joints using low-friction bearings. Camber correction is built in so CV axles continue operating within the limits of the replacement upper arms and OEM lower arms. Mounting hardware, bracketry and components are supplied.
