Description
For the 2024-2025 Ford Ranger short bed, the SWF189 Switchblade combines a retractable hard deck with the finish of Pace Edwards' ArmorTek padded vinyl. Under that overlay are rigid aluminum panels; it is not the separate all-metal SMF189 model.
The spring-assisted deck rolls into a compact canister behind the cab, while the pull strap makes it easy to close from the tailgate. Side-rail gutters direct water toward drainage tubes. Its clamp-mounted assembly can be removed when full bed access is needed, and installation does not normally require drilling.
