Description
Low-speed bleed ports, a hardened steel rod and NOK seals form the damper’s working components. The black hard-anodized body uses an inline floating piston.
Construction and application
- 2.5-inch extruded aluminum monotube body with 57-millimetre CNC billet aluminum piston and low-speed bleed ports.
- Type 2 hard-anodized body with 3–4-millimetre walls mounts upside down.
- 20-millimetre hardened steel rod with NOK seals; rear shocks in the range use a dirt shield.
- Inline billet aluminum floating piston with 200 psi nitrogen charge rather than remote reservoir.
- Aluminum is described as up to four times more efficient at managing heat than steel; monotube design improves direct cooling of the fluid.
