Description
Fill-Rite FRTCB combines a vented fuel-transfer tank cap with its matching threaded base. It helps relieve excess pressure or vacuum in a storage tank while reducing exposure to dirt and moisture at the fill opening.
Key specifications
- Complete vent cap and mounting-base assembly for an appropriate fuel storage or transfer tank
- Cast-iron base with 2-inch NPT mounting threads
- Powder-coated finish on the threaded base to resist corrosion
- Padlock-compatible hole and tab for optional security; a padlock is not included
- Aluminum and steel components, with the cast-iron base
Selection and installation notes
Confirm that the tank has a 2-inch NPT opening before ordering. This vent cap is not itself a keyed locking cap; a separate padlock can be used with its security provision. Manufacturer limited warranty: one year.
