An eight-foot working bed can still benefit from a folding tonneau without losing its load-carrying versatility. Extang Solid Fold ALX 88455 is the long-bed GM variant, sized separately from the short and standard-bed covers.
Its one-inch TPO-faced rigid panels fold back to expose cargo while weather seals help protect tools beneath them. The secure rotary release unlocks at the tailgate and Jaw-Grip front clamps attach without drilling. The closed assembly carries up to 600 lb of evenly distributed weight.
