Description
To open Extang 77832, lower the tailgate, release the spring-loaded rear clamps and fold the cover toward the bulkhead. The tri-fold vinyl cover exposes two-thirds of the bed and uses nylon buckle straps to secure it open for driving.
The aluminum frame supports marine-grade leather-grained vinyl, and perimeter sealing helps exclude water. Cargo is concealed, though the soft material can be cut with a knife or boxcutter. Tailgate-handle locking controls access, while the rail latch self-locks against the bed flange. Installation uses tool-free clamps without drilling. Limited warranty: 5 years.
