Required indoor components

The electronic rooftop board is pre-installed. A compatible Dometic Connect Essential thermostat (item 4471011652) is required. A compatible interior air-distribution box is needed for non-ducted installations; ducted installations require the appropriate return-air grille. These indoor components and thermostat are separate purchases.

Compatibility and installation

Confirm the complete rooftop model, ducting arrangement, roof opening, electrical supply, thermostat protocol, control wiring and indoor air-distribution components before ordering. A matching roof opening alone does not establish plug-and-play compatibility with older Penguin II controls. This is an R32 system; do not mix R32 and R410A refrigerants or assume old-generation components are interchangeable. Installation and refrigerant-circuit service must follow Dometic's current instructions and be completed by appropriately qualified personnel.
