Description
The CURT 56475 is a 24-inch (2-foot) USCAR male-to-female wiring extension for compatible OEM seven-way trailer wiring connections. It adds reach between matching USCAR-style connectors without requiring a custom vehicle-side taillight harness.
Connector Compatibility
- Exact manufacturer part number: 56475.
- Length: 24 inches (2 feet).
- Connector type: USCAR-style male to USCAR-style female connectors for compatible seven-way wiring assemblies.
- Package quantity: one extension.
This extension is not a four-way flat wiring harness. It also does not convert a round trailer plug to a different connector format. Check the actual vehicle and socket connector geometry before ordering.
Installation Notes
Connect the extension only to mating factory-compatible USCAR connectors, route the cable away from sharp edges, exhaust and moving parts, and test all required trailer functions after installation. Vehicle fitment depends on the installed wiring system, not model year alone.
