Compatibility and heating limitations
Heat-strip readiness is not heat-pump compatibility. The manufacturer lists a different part, 9630A715, for compatible heat-pump ceiling applications. Match your complete rooftop A/C model, existing ceiling mounting, controls and heat-strip kit before ordering. The heat-strip element, rooftop air conditioner and other unlisted components are not included.
The compatible electrical/control configuration must be confirmed against the specific rooftop unit and installation guide. Do not order solely from a 14-inch roof-opening measurement.
