Description
ARB 6172684 is the fitting kit designed to mount ARB front bar 3438320 on the Nissan D40 Frontier. It contains the mounting components for that specific front-protection assembly, not the complete steel bull bar or a winch.
The fitting guide references chassis-mounted impact-absorber brackets, specific bolt grades and torque values, and careful alignment with the original front bodywork. Installation can involve drilling and trimming; ARB advises against modifying the impact-management structure. Because the underlying instruction was issued in 2011, match the truck generation and exact bull-bar number rather than assuming every later Frontier is covered.
