Air Lift 88391 fits the listed 2017–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty applications. The rear LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate springs offer up to 5,000 lb of adjustable support, with internal jounce bumpers adding support at low pressure or under severe loads.
An air compressor is not included, and the vehicle manufacturer’s GVWR must not be exceeded.
