Hollow-shank fitment: CURT 22323 is designed for a 2-inch square hollow shank with a 5/8-inch hitch-pin hole. The threaded anti-rattle pin and internal bracket help stabilize a compatible ball mount or accessory in the receiver. It cannot be fitted to a solid shank. Check both shank construction and pin-hole size before ordering.
CURT 22323 — 2-Inch Hollow-Shank Anti-Rattle Bracket and Pin. For hollow 2-inch-square shanks with a 5/8-inch pin hole, including ball mounts, CURT cargo carriers, bike racks and other hollow accessories. Not for solid shanks. Place the bracket inside, then tighten the threaded pin to clamp the accessory against movement that causes rattle, vibration or load sway. High-strength steel carries towing loads; yellow zinc resists corrosion. The grooved pin accepts a clip from any angle.
