Its standard retainer hole and zinc plating distinguish it from a locking pin. It is the packaged version of CURT 21400. Match both receiver and accessory pin-hole diameter and secure the clip before travel.
CURT 21401 — 1/2-Inch Hitch Pin for 1-1/4-Inch Receivers. Secure a ball mount or receiver accessory with the supplied retaining clip. A 105-degree handle bend improves grip and keeps the pin engaged. Zinc plating resists corrosion for lasting operation. For 1-1/4-inch shanks in Class I/II receivers.
