M.C. Enterprises 525006MC Suburban SF Furnace High-Limit Switch

M.C. Enterprises 525006MC is a replacement high-temperature limit switch for selected Suburban SF-series RV furnaces. The original Suburban limit-switch reference is 232504, with 233532 identified in subsequent service parts lists. This is a temperature safety control, not a universal SF-series switch.

Model and serial qualifications

Suburban's parts manual identifies 232504 on selected SF-25, SF-30 and SF-35 models and their F variants above serial number 921403895. Certain SF-25/30/35 Q and FQ arrangements also use this switch with a green identification dot. Earlier SF-25/30/35 furnaces instead used original switch 231630 (175F), while SF-20 models have another limit-switch reference. Do not assume those configurations are interchangeable.

The Suburban 525006 service reference specifies a switch opening at 160F and reclosing at 120F. Confirm the marking, rating and mounting design on the delivered aftermarket switch against the installed original before fitting it. The OEM service-kit number is a compatibility reference, not a guarantee that any extra kit components are included with 525006MC. Follow the furnace service procedure; never bypass a high-limit safety switch.
