Shields Comflex is wire-reinforced marine hose designed for inspected vessels requiring SAE J1942 hose. It is rated for fuel, vital-water and non-vital-water systems. Applications include bilge, coolant and oil systems; gasoline, gasohol, diesel and biodiesel fuel systems; wet exhaust; non-potable water; engine intake; and toilet and holding-tank connections. The black nitrile hose serves water, exhaust and fuel applications from -20 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Limited warranty coverage is two years.
