Description
The TH400 is not the same transmission as GM’s Turbo 350, so its fluid dipstick must be selected separately. Proform 66182 gives the Turbo 400 its own black steel locking dipstick and matching tube in one package.
The official parts chart distinguishes its black finish from the chrome alternatives and lists a locking mechanism. Confirm the transmission is the correct Turbo-series unit and check the routing around other engine-bay components.
