The 2008–2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke application combines an intercooler with a polished cold-side pipe of mandrel-bent aluminum to eliminate restrictive bends. DuraCore-lined silicone boots withstand heat, pressure, fuel and oil.
Cast-aluminum end tanks and an enlarged bar-and-plate core reduce pressure drop. Black or silver cores are offered across the range. The kit carries the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty; free accident-damage replacement requires photographs and a police report.
