Description
A lifted truck needs dampers sized for its suspension, not simply the longest shock available. Fabtech FTS800052 is a Dirt Logic 2.25 shock with a remote reservoir, intended for specified Fabtech-equipped rear suspension applications.
The stainless body, billet piston and separate aluminum reservoir give this model a different construction from a conventional twin-tube replacement. Its remote reservoir is joined by a stainless-braided hose, so the mounting location has to leave enough clearance for the hose and body.

Before ordering
Because this is a suspension-system-specific damper, the part number and lift configuration matter as much as the truck year. It is sold as a shock component, not a complete lift system.
This is not a universal factory-height replacement. Check hose routing and shock travel through the full suspension range before final assembly.
