Added guides and sheathing address that failure on certain Chrysler and Dodge minivans and Ram cargo vans. The OE FIX front-right assembly replaces the power regulator and motor together, avoiding separation of those components for fault isolation. Plug-and-play fitting provides direct replacement, with no arm or mounting hardware included. The design is intended to meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and has undergone thousands of in-door cycles plus vehicle fit testing.
