Bypassing a failed heater core addresses its coolant leak but disables cabin heat. The kit routes coolant around the core instead of replacing it, supplying bypass components and hardware. Interchangeable 5/8-inch and 3/4-inch hose fittings suit most common heater hoses. Black EPDM hose measures 9.40 inches long and 0.93 inch in diameter. This universal application may need customization during installation.
