The throttle-valve cable on an AW4 automatic connects the throttle linkage to the transmission. Crown 52077578 supplies the proper 59-inch linkage cable for listed Jeep 4.0L/2.5L combinations.
Cable adjustment influences shift behaviour and is not the same operation as replacing the accelerator pedal cable. Compare cable ends and transmission ID during repair.
