On supported Toyota/Lexus front suspension, the Bilstein 24-328258 offers ride-height adjustments using discrete spring-perch positions. It is a front replacement shock rather than a complete ready-to-install coilover.
Reinstall the required coil spring and mount components and check alignment at the final ride height. Available lift depends on vehicle and spring selection.
