10580 is the black powder-coated steel mesh frame for the Silverado EV applications shown. Frame-only supply requires hardware kit 30943. For non-service-body use, it supports a toolbox and tonneau cover but not a ladder carrier. Bolt-on mounting needs no drilling; lights and a sliding-window cutout are absent.
