Description
The AMP Research 76139-01A PowerStep is a vehicle-specific powered running-board system for the listed Ram pickups. The boards extend when a door opens and tuck under the truck when closed, giving passengers a useful step without leaving a fixed bar hanging below the cab.
This is the single-motor PowerStep, not an XTreme dual-motor kit. Its textured aluminum steps are six inches wide and include illumination for entry in low light. Installation requires drilling; Quad Cab and Regular Cab applications also require the boards to be trimmed, and heavy-duty trucks with factory air suspension need the specified tank-relocation hardware.
