Attached-chain safety pin: CURT 25012 has a 1/4-inch-diameter, 2-3/4-inch-long pin, a square retainer clip and a 12-inch attachment chain to help prevent loss during coupler or jack adjustments. The high-strength carbon-steel pin is zinc-plated for weather resistance. Confirm the pin-hole size and retainer engagement before travel; the chain does not replace the retaining clip.
