Details

• The first flex-rate stage expands at full droop to keep coils seated in the upper mounts and tires in contact with terrain. A second ride-rate stage engages only after compression beyond the flex stage. Rear coils are side specific to preserve Wrangler handling.
• Front and rear bump-stop spacers bolt to the axle bump pads to limit travel. Extended sway-bar end links allow full-droop articulation and use preinstalled heavy-duty OEM-style rubber bushings. Correct suspension geometry keeps ESC operating within factory parameters.
• The adjustable front track bar has a preinstalled heavy-duty OEM-style rubber bushing, adjustable 3/4 Inch heavy-duty rod end, jam nut and alignment bushings. A heavy-duty rear upper track-bar bracket centers the axle under the vehicle.
• The JL40BLT box is a component of kit JL40B for selected JL four-door non-Rubicon applications. Shocks are excluded.
• No shocks are included. Kit JL40B uses this box on selected four-door, non-Rubicon JL configurations.
