- CNC-machined eyelets and ball-joint cups ensure precise fit. Welded gussets stiffen the arm and bushing eyelets; rubber bushings provide quiet, controlled stability and ride comfort, while greaseable full-induction ball joints with low-friction bearings support strength and service life.
- A preassembled upper-control-arm design combines thick-wall DOM steel tubing, a welded gusset tying the arm to its bushing eyelets, CNC-machined eyelets and ball-joint cups, and powder-coat protection. Steel-encased OEM-style rubber bushings and greaseable full-induction ball joints with low-friction bearings support the pivots. Built-in camber correction keeps CV-axle operation within the replacement upper and OEM lower arm limits. One-piece top strut spacers use CNC laser-cut, press-formed tab-and-slot construction with corrosion-resistant powder coat and install without OEM strut disassembly. Brackets, components and hardware are included.
