Description
This gasket-seat Ruthenium HX plug uses a double-fine-electrode design for ignition across rich and lean mixtures.
The center electrode uses 0.4 mm ruthenium-alloy fine wire, with a 0.8 mm platinum fine-wire ground electrode. Corrugated ribs resist flashover, an alumina-silicate ceramic insulator transfers heat, and the copper core aids heat removal. Trivalent metal plating provides corrosion and seizure resistance and eliminates the need for anti-seize.
