Changing track surfaces can be accommodated with three-way adjustment. Within this family, rapid front lift at launch transitions into a gradual return to ride height, helping retain rear traction. The rear shocks work with the fronts and change settings by compressing and turning: 50/50 for slick surfaces, or 70/30 for weight transfer on good tracks.
