This OEM Grade converter is for federally registered OBDII vehicles with California or Federal/EPA emissions systems in its 48-state application; California Legal is No. It is designed to meet or exceed Federal EPA requirements. Corrosion-resistant stainless steel, mandrel-bent tubing and an OE-replicating spun body are manufactured using a single laser-fusion weld. 3D scanning supports vehicle-specific OE-like fit and function. Both attachments are two-bolt welded flanges.
