The factory tailpipe remains with Flowmaster 717927 for 2020–2026 GM HD 2500/3500 6.6-liter gasoline applications, including two- and four-wheel drive. The 409 stainless assembly has a 3-1/2-inch inlet and a straight-through FlowFX muffler intended to avoid drone. Dyno testing measured maximum rear-wheel increases of 11 horsepower and 10 pound-feet, supporting acceleration and towing performance.
