The 10809 clutch combines a 302 ft-lb torque capacity with a single-plate organic design. Its 225 mm disc uses a spring-center damper to cushion drivetrain loads.
A 1,566-pound clamp load from the iron diaphragm pressure plate supports the stated modified-engine use. This produces slightly greater pedal effort while retaining similar-to-stock driving feel. Organic friction resists slipping and burst for street and light-horsepower track applications, with a 24.3 mm, 22-spline input.
