Description
CURT 57621 adapts a vehicle with a 6-way round electrical socket to a trailer fitted with a 4-way flat plug. It provides the standard tail, brake and turn-signal lighting connections through a simple plug-in adapter.
Connection details
- Vehicle side: 6-way round socket.
- Trailer side: 4-way flat plug.
- No cutting or splicing needed for a compatible connection.
CURT classifies this as a universal adapter, meaning it matches the specified connector types rather than a particular vehicle model. Compare both plugs before ordering. A 4-way flat connection does not carry the extra auxiliary or electric-brake circuits available on a 6-way connector.
