Description
To interrupt diesel runaway caused by external hydrocarbons, E-PAS 1036766 closes the intake manifold's electronic throttle body. Airflow to the cylinders stops, providing emergency shutdown, and the system then resets automatically.
Installation components
The premade harness uses factory plug-in connectors, and the system can be removed for a truck lease return. Mounting hardware and an electronic module are included with the harness; no solenoid is supplied.
Compatibility
Selected 2025–2026 Ram 2500/3500/4500/5500 with the 6.7L turbocharged MFI diesel inline-six. Match engine-code qualifications, including ETM or ETN where applicable.
