15004 provides the Original Rack's horizontal bars in a black powder-coated steel frame. It supports a toolbox and tonneau cover on non-service-body installations, excluding ladder-carrier use. The unlighted frame has no sliding-window cutout. Threaded fasteners require no drilling, with fitting estimated at one hour.
