A clevis D-ring mount secures this adjustable front license-plate bracket to an off-road bumper. Height and clevis position can be adjusted; the bracket removes for ground clearance or swivels if it contacts an obstacle while installed.
The USA-made steel design has two-stage hammer-black powder coating.
